Equality Scheme relates to how CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland carries out all its functions, powers and duties relating to Northern Ireland. CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland will endeavour to use its position as a major influencer, facilitator and provider of training services to advise and lead the construction industry in the improvement of equality of opportunity and the access to training and employment for all.

Screening Exercises
New & Revised Policies with regard to duties under Section 75 of the NI Act
Under Section 75 of the NI Act and as per section 4.4 of CITB-ConstructionSkills’ Revised Equality Scheme the above new & revised policies has been screened with regard to potential impact on equality of opportunity and good relations and it has been established that there is no adverse impact.
